A Dry sparkling chardonnay. This Estate wine is named after Nick and Lisa’s daughter Nicolina.
Made in the Méthode Champenoise this Brut wine has hints of white flowers and mineral notes. It is food versatile and would pair nicely with anything from heavy sauces, red meats, and seafood to spicy dishes. It has Tart Acidity, light and bright.
