If your wine has been damaged in shipment or if the wine is defective due to a fault in the wine, you may return it to us for a replacement within 30 days. Please contact support@wined2c.com or (503)583-8356 for details.
Shipping Policy
As a result of many state law restrictions, we ship only to states where direct shipping is permitted by law.
Please contact us at support@wined2c.com or by calling (503) 583-8356 for shipping to your state. State laws are in a constant state of flux. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and someone 21 years of age or older must sign for the shipment. All orders are subject to compliance checks per user.
Weather conditions
All free shipping goes via ground shipping. Weather conditions (extreme heat or freezing temperatures) across the US certainly create challenges for shipping wine. When temperatures while in transit could adversely affect your wine, we suggest several weather safe options for you. Primarily, in extreme cold or heat, we recommend the following options:
Choose 2nd Day Air and a business address for fast delivery and ensured signature. Shipping 2nd Day Air will reduce the time in transit. Business addresses are also a good option in these cases since there is someone there to sign for deliveries. 2nd Day Air does have an increased cost, but this is the best way to get it there safely in a timely fashion.
If you would like us to hold the shipment, please contact us at support@artisanvino.com or (503) 583-8356 and we will ship it once the weather conditions are suitable In this case, we will watch the weather closely and will remove the hold and ship your order as soon as conditions permit. We will keep you regularly updated in regards to your shipment.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
