Smera Vineyards 2024 Estate Pinot Noir is its 5th vintage.. Aroma of black cherries, chocolate, flavors of raspberry and has more tannins than any other vintages. Soft fruit forward wine with acid in the back. This Pinot Noir is a blend of Pommard, 115 and 777 clones.
Smera Vineyards is located in McMinnville AVA in Willamette Valley, situated at 600 ft elevation with Jory, Nekia and Geiderman soils. During the growing season it gets hot during the days and Van Duzer winds kick in the evening cooling the vines. The vineyard is farmed organically.
