J Wrigley 2018 Estate Chardonnay
The 2018 Acceptance Block Chardonnay is produced using all estate fruit and fermented in a combination of stainless-steel tanks and neutral oak barrels. To maintain optimum fruit expression, winemaker John Wrigley did not employ a stringent cold stabilization process. As a result, you get beautiful notes of pineapple and ripe pear. Typical of wines that are not over cold stabilized, you will see tartrates, referred to as wine diamonds, in the bottom of the bottle.
